What data is collected and why?
At the point of booking a class we need to know who you are and how to contact you should the need arise. We also need to know the age of your children so that we can ensure activities are appropriate. We will hold details of your name, address and contact details as well as your child’s name, date of birth and details of any allergies/medical requirements that we should be aware of for health and safety reasons. We will also keep a record of any classes you have attended with your child.
How long do we keep your data for?
Your data will be retained for the minimum period possible for business reasons and for a maximum period of three years.
We have clear processes and controls put in place to keep your data safe and secure. In the unlikely event of a breach of your personal data, you will be informed at the earliest available opportunity.
Who do we share your data with?
Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
